Ingredients:
White Rice
Milk
Cinnamon Sticks
Evaporated Milk
Sweetened Condensed Milk
Vanilla Extract
Ground Cinnamon
How to Make the Recipe:
1) Place milk, rice, and cinnamon sticks in a saucepan
2) Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover.
3) Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Remove cinnamon stick pieces.
4) Stir in evaporated and sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Bring to a boil.
5) Cook, stirring occasionally for 2 minutes.
6) Serve warm or chilled. Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
